Booking information and prices

Here are our main costs to hire our whare.  Please fill out and submit the booking details form below with some initial details to start the process.  We understand that you may not have all the info for the booking for this initial enquiry and our bookings administrator will then be in contact with you to kōrero further about your specific needs and requirements.

Venue Hire

• Available in half day/4hr blocks
• Standard Rates are ex GST
• If you are part of the Te Aitarakihi whānau, a community organisation or Schools, please get in touch for costings.

Wharenui & Wharekai excludes kitchen but includes hot and cold beverage facilities

Half day: $300

Full Day: $420

Kitchen rate per hire, per day: $80 (+venue hire)

Pōwhiri: $150

Noho Marae:

Venue Per Night: $420

Kitchen for self catering: $80 per night

Per person, per night:  Adult and Secondary age $20, Primary age and younger $10

Tangihanga: Full use of venue $200 per day
